She employs various motivational methods to match your athletic needs. Her adaptive coaching will focus on your priorities, whether it be performance based focus, distance, or having fun.

Monthly One-On-One Coaching

for Runners, Swimmers, Triathletes, Para-athletes

  • Initial meeting (via Skype/Zoom or phone) to discuss your goals
  • Work on building technique via video or in-person
  • Basic Training Peaks account to view and log all your workouts
  • Detailed monthly training plan and workouts (1-2 weeks blocks) set out in HR or paces
  • Revisions as required
  • Weekly phone and email communication (if required)
  • “A” Race prep review – including pacing and/or heart rate, nutrition, goals, strategy plus post race analysis


  • One-time $75 Start up fee
  • Minimum 3-month commitment
  • 30-day written cancellation notice
