- Becky has completed numerous 10 km and 5 km road races since 2015. Winning or placing in the top 3 of her age category consistently.
- Completed numerous 200m, 400m, 800m, and 1500m Indoor swim competitions.
- Completed a 20 km swimming across Lake Erie in 2022.
- Completed a 6 x 7 km relay swim across Lake Ontario from port Dalhousie to Oakville (42 km) in 2023.

As a coach, Becky is a trained NCCP triathlon coach and is qualified to coach para-athletes and visually impaired athletes. Her goal is to help make the sport of triathlon and running accessible and inclusive for everyone, by adapting coaching to each individual’s unique abilities and circumstances.
Becky is also a piano tutor and has over 30 years of piano teaching experience with individuals from as young as 5 to 80 years old with different personalities and learning styles. She patiently helps her students in every detail to improve their skills and reach their targets.
As a mother of twin daughters, Becky has always believed in leading by example. Staying fit, eating healthy, setting goals, and working hard to achieve her goals and seeing this reflected in her daughters is a great motivator to get out to run.
